Contact Even Format
One address reaches the editorial team, and email is the only way this site can be contacted. There is no form here, no chat window and no phone line.
Messages are read by people working for LOKGROUP s.r.o. We aim to reply within five working days, and within 30 days for privacy requests, which is the period the Privacy Policy commits to. Please put Privacy request in the subject line if your message is one, so that it reaches the right place quickly.

What we can help with
- Mistakes of fact anywhere in the course, which we correct.
- Links that have broken or now point somewhere unexpected.
- Anything on the site that is hard to read, hard to print or hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader.
- Questions about how the site is funded, beyond what the Affiliate Disclosure page says.
- Privacy requests, including access to and correction of any personal information we hold about you.
What we cannot help with
- Any game account. We are not a game publisher and have no access to anyone's account, password, purchase or ban. Those go to the publisher's own support, through its own website.
- Refunds and purchases. Nothing is sold from this site, so there is nothing here to refund. Step 5 explains where a purchase problem should go.
- Technical support for your computer or your game. The course explains what to check; it cannot diagnose a particular machine.
- Legal, financial or security advice. See the Terms and Conditions.
What happens to your message
Your email, including your address, your name if you give one, and anything attached, is kept by our email service provider so that we can reply. It is used for nothing else, never added to a mailing list and never passed on for marketing. Retention and your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy, which also explains how to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied with our answer.
You may write under a pseudonym. The only situation where that is a problem is a request for access to or correction of personal information, where we need to be reasonably sure who we are dealing with before we hand anything over.
