Reading the site means these terms apply to your use of it. If you do not accept them, the remedy is to stop reading.
What this site provides
Even Format publishes one course of general information about starting out with large online multiplayer games. It is written for a general readership in Australia and it cannot take account of your circumstances, your household, your computer or your finances.
It is not professional advice of any kind — not legal, financial, consumer, medical or security advice — and it is not accredited training. Completing the course confers no qualification, no certificate and no status, because there is nothing here to confer. Where a decision matters to you, take advice from someone qualified to give it, or go to the Australian body responsible for the subject.
Accuracy and change
We write the course carefully and correct mistakes when we learn of them. Even so, software in this category changes constantly: prices, features, system requirements, account processes, settings and shop contents can all be different from what is described here by the time you read it.
Anything said about a specific product is based on material published by its vendor at the time of writing, and the vendor's own website is always the authority on its product. These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where LOKGROUP s.r.o. is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. That choice does not displace the consumer protections available to you under Australian law, and if you are a consumer in Australia you keep the rights those laws give you and may bring proceedings where that law allows.
